The wedding venue commands superb views of the Mediterranean sea and is conveniently located in the heart of the Maltese touristic area. The View offers quite a selection of different areas where the couple can have both their civil ceremony and their wedding reception. The selected area depends both on the number of guests as well as the weather on the day. You can always contact Your Malta Wedding Planner, and one of our consultants will help you choose the area which is more suited for your needs.
When it comes to the civil wedding ceremony the venue offer two very popular and yet completely different alternatives. Weather permitting you can get married by the water's edge. The area is extremely beautiful and makes an ideal spot for sunset weddings. The other alternative is to do the civil wedding ceremony in the middle of the garden which is a genuine historic location dating back hundreds (if not thousands) of years.
Both the wedding dinner as well as the cake cutting are usually carried out in either the venue terraces. Both command the same great sea views and the area booked will depends exclusively on the number of guests and decorations required. In the outdoor areas, this venue can accommodate up to hundred and fifty seated guests. However, the venue is also used for smaller weddings. We have successfully created weddings in the venue with just two guests - the bride and the groom.
Catering for The View: Our wedding caterer for this venue is a renowned caterer that offer great food as well as great value for money. The wedding menus can be fully customised to your needs. Food presentation as well as taste are excellent while the table service is very friendly and yet professional.
Feedback from Bridgette from Ireland who got married at The View in July 2012
'Loved this wedding venue. Loved it even more when I found out that I could book a hotel within the same grounds as the venue. The toughest decision was to choose where to carry out the civil wedding. Love the sea, but then again how could we miss the opportunity to get married in a historic garden which is as old as Stonehedge, so we decided to go for the historic garden which proved to be a great choice. Then we had our wedding toast and meal in two different areas of the venue. We booked our wedding with Pearl Wedding Planners Malta, they proved to be very helpful and also took care of every detail to make sure that our wedding day will be as memorable as it actually was'
